P's first Princess Party

P attended her first big girl princess birthday party today.
Mom bought her a tiara and wand for the festivities.

Princess Ariel came to visit.

P got to chase bubbles and pop them with her princess wand.

She danced with the other princesses.

And listened intently to Ariel sharing a story.

P even got fairy dust sprinkled on her head.

She did get distracted a few times by all of Kennedy's neat toys.

Sorry Kathy, she may have even taken a chunk out of Kennedy's lip stick.  Oops.

What princess party would be complete without pink cake!?!

And finally, a hug from the birthday princess, Kennedy.
Thanks for inviting us to your birthday party!

Surprisingly, P was on her best behavior and was really engaged in the princess activities.
There were no fits or accidents.  Success!!!

Back in Business

Welp, we are back in business, folks.
We got our camera back from the giraffes and were able to retrieve our pictures!

Here are some photos from our play day at the park.

Here's a few pictures from our day at the zoo.
There was supposed to be more pictures, particularly of P feeding the giraffes,
but we all know how that ended.

P and I baked a cake!

Fun Bath Time! What a cutie.

Zoo Again

We took a trip to the zoo again today.  Paisley got to feed the giraffes.
Unfortunately, there are no pictures for today's blog.
P threw our camera over the giraffe's fence.

Mrs. Priscila's Non-Daycare

P started her first week at Mrs. Priscila's NON-daycare!
She had a wonderful time.
She was in such a good mood every evening
because she had so much fun during the day at Mrs. Priscila's house.

She looks like such a big girl with her backpack from Gram & Pap.

Here's a few things P is learning at Mrs. Priscila's house:

Keyboarding 101

Manners

Making friends
(This picture of Ava cracks me up.)

Defensive Driving

Protesting
(I have no idea.)

Dating.
Trent wasn't too fond of this. :)

This is our friend Jen's son that happens to live across the street from Priscila.

And how to put her shoes on.

As you can tell, we only send P to the most prestigious childcare centers.
Ok, that may not be true, but we do only send P to the most loving homes.
I am so thankful for God bringing the Koch family into our lives
so that Paisley has a wonderful place to go every day
and can play with her friends while I go to work.
Though I miss her, I am never worried about her because I know she is in great hands.

Slippin' and Slidin'

We went to a birthday party this weekend.
Paisley had fun in the water, particularly the slip & slide.

She started out in the pool...

But she soon discovered the slip & slide, and never looked back.

Believe it or not, this is her "RIGHT ON!!!" face.

She liked just chillin' in the jacuzzi at the end of the slip & slide.
